When being compared to all of the other options, instruction manuals ranked last because of the time consumption and lack of efficiency to enhance the knowledge of computers. Most people would consider the instruction manual to lack interest when trying to understand such technology. However, instruction manuals have been around longer and seem to be the only sure way of getting the information needed to enhance this knowledge without loss or failure of systems crashing. .

             Hands on Learning.
             This option minimizes cost and in some part is just as effective as the others because it increases the interaction that you have with the computer and it also makes the learning process more interesting. This form of learning was implemented to increase the computer interaction within the population. Most people began at an early age with this method by just simply pressing a key on the keyboard. Hands on Learning is also cost effective to this case, you would not have to spend as much in every home but it would also take a little more time than the others to truly get a better understanding of the system.
             Computer Based Training.
             An increasing number of people are using computer-based training because of the declining prices of computers and rapid development of technology. It costs less than classroom training, it is more interactive, it gives learners more choices about what to learn and when and it helps people to grab a better understanding of what is being taught. According to the 1997 study conducted by the Educational Institute of American Hotel and Motel Association more than 67% of properties have at least one computer with CD-ROM capability. 45% use CD-ROM for training. 4.1% use the Internet for training. This option for enhancing computer capabilities is very effective in all manners and is also self sufficient that even a child could use this method of education for computers.
