My favorite food in the entire world is cookies. I would even go as far to call myself a cookie expert. The best cookies I have ever had are the chocolate chip cookies that my mother makes. Each cookie is soft, fluffy and loaded with chocolate chips. I was home one week end and she showed me how to make them. It is an old recipe that she learned from my Grandmother. I know it is a lot harder to make them from scratch but in the long run, the taste is rewarding enough. .
