Cloning

It is very easy to assault human cloning without knowing that much about it. Religion purposes alone are enough to dismiss the cloning of another human being. However it does have its positives. Human cloning research could help doctors determine the cause of spontaneous abortions, give an understanding of the rapid cell growth of cancer, allow the use of stem cells to regenerate nerve tissues, and advance work on aging, genetics, medicines. It could also cure a huge excess of diseases, including Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and even diabetes. .
In looking at the evidence of the pros of human cloning I learned that it could vastly help mankind. But where do we draw the line on how far we will go, will the deaths of innocent infants be worth curing thousands of people. How do you determine value of a person's life? I know that I would not be able to. I can also understand how this has been such a big argument worldwide. However I believe that it would still do more harm than good. Which is why it changed my opinion only slightly, and I would now put myself more in the middle of the spectrum instead of just the one side. Though it is hard to say who is right and who is wrong when we have not successfully cloned a human being. Where would people take it? What if this technology got into the wrong hands?.
