As soon as they recalled Davis, he passed a law granting driver's licenses to illegal immigrants, authorized gay marriages, and improved health care coverage. Of course, right when Davis is getting kicked out of office, he gets his act together.
             Californians seemed to think since Gary Davis could not help the state, anyone else could. However, you just don't allow anyone from the streets to become a candidate for the recall of governor election. A watermelon juggler, sumo wrestler, porn star with a pink poodle, and "The Terminator" all wanted to become the governor. Of course businessmen, lawyers, and political people were candidates but they did not win. As bizarre as it sounds, "The Terminator", Arnold Schwarzenegger, is now the governor of California with more then a million votes. .
             How could this happen? The state of California is influenced by the democratic party and for a republican movie star to become governor, that is off the wall. Democratic voters had a 10-point advantage over regular voters. That did not stop Schwarzenegger from winning by over a million votes. Voters just went in with pure rage and voted with optimism. I hope their optimism of "The Terminator" becoming their governor is not something they will regret. Otherwise, Californians will want second recall.
             Even though you are informed of certain events from the media about a candidate, you cannot identify if they are true. Also these certain events sometimes are personal and some of the public may not want to hear it. Most certainly, the governor does not want these personal events broadcasted on national television. .
             Media and newscasters will publicize anything on television these days, true or not. These personal events I am discussing about are the assaults by Schwarzenegger. If these rumors are true, I find it very disturbing that Schwarzenegger thought these sexual assaults were "just playful". Running your hands up woman's shirt or skirt and grabbing their breasts and butt is not being playful.
