My name is ________________and I would like to attend The University of Miami. I would like to tell you a little bit more about my self and what I can bring your University. One of my goals at the University of Miami would be to better myself through the exceptional educational programs offered at the university. I would like to become a person who can lead a company to success. I plan on studying business and developing my leadership and entrepreneurial skills. I plan to become a person that people will know and respect as a person and a businessman.
Of all my unique skills I would like to develop my leadership, people, and organizational skills. I wish to develop these skills because I feel that these skills are essential to getting ahead in life. Development of leadership skills will help me start my company and be a strong and influential leader. The people skills will help me deal with the all the people involved in making my business happen. Without people skills I would be useless in the field I want to get into. Organizational skills is what will make or break a person, it is what will make one person rise above an equally qualified person. Lacking organization will not get very far in your goals.
If I could change something about myself it would be my laid back attitude. It is good because I don't jump into things rashly, but it also hurts me because I might not get involved in something that I really should have gotten involved in. If I was more like the person who takes risks than things would probably be more interesting. A mix of the two would be a perfect median. .
If I attended the University of Miami I would major in Business. It has always been my dream to start and successfully run my on business. I plan on getting my doctorate in business. Depending on the market when I graduate I will start my business accordingly. I have family who are entrepreneurs and I have seen the success that can come from running a business.
