An involved parent is informed and sometimes included in the decision-making process. Parents who take an active role are kept informed of the progress made by their children. The parents know the curriculum and assist the children with their nightly studies, and can discuss their children's feelings about education" (Lewis, 39).
             It is a necessity in a successful education to have parent involvement.
             Teachers are very important to education. The teacher is just about the most important of the three parties necessary to create a model education. Teachers have the responsibility of forming good relationships with both students and parents. Teachers must also be able to effectively communicate with both parents and students in order to ensure that there are no misconceptions or confusions about the children's educations. In a quote by Albert Einstein he says, "The teacher is one who made two ideas grow where only one grew before." Teachers expand students thinking. They push to a limit where students thoughts become original. A Teacher must also be well educated. What good does it do students if their teacer(s) really don't know much at all? Fafunwa says:.
             "We are only concentrating on teachers' education because the key to education in any country is the teacher. If you neglect your teachers and they"re not well trained, you would see the result in your children and grandchildren. So we think we should do whatever we can to improve the education of teachers in all ways as well as to encourage them. All what we are doing is to help the teachers to enjoy and change their attitudes to teaching so that they would stay on with teaching till they are retired". (Ekah, 1).
             Enthusiasm is always an encouragement when learning. Teachers with an unenthusiastic attitude relay a negative feeling back to their students and that can create problems in the classroom. .
             The final "ingredient" necessary to creating an ideal education is the student.
