Individual and Group Organizational Behavior

Motivation is also a key element to consider when studying organizational behavior. Employees who have more motivation to succeed within a company are more likely to have effective behaviors and organizationally aligned to those with less motivation. Other factors that determine organizational behavior include THE political structure of a company, management techniques, stress levels and personality.
             Understanding issues in an organization is one of the main tasks in organizational behavior. All of the issues would have a major impact on the organization'S performance and the organizational culture if they were not solved in an effective way. Managing the behavior in organizations help managers to find out THE needs and wants of the employees. Employees PLAY A major role in any organization so it would be very important to motivate them and get more contribution to the organization. It is critical that managers understand why and how employees are motivated so that they can make full use of the ability of a worker to learn and perform. For an administrator, motivate employees to learn and perform at their best is a complex and difficult challenge. Any time two different people have two different needs and desires. Moreover, what motivates an employee to perform well today cannot motivate in next year, or next week, or even one hour. However, a motivated group of employees represents great promise. When employees are motivated performance, learning and satisfaction can improve dramatically from everyone, including the benefits of the organization.

             Leadership is the backbone of any organization. The success of the organization and its functioning depends heavily on the quality of the leaders in an organization. Leaders can motivate the workforce; face the challenges of organization, ensuring the effective transition that may be needed in the organization, and successfully meet organizational goals.
