It has been said that Albert Einstein was the smartest man to ever live. It has also been said that people such as Plato and Aristotle created the society in which we live in today. It was also once announced that Michael Jordan was the best basketball athlete to ever live. Because cloning is the topic of interest here, can you see where this may be going? Unfortunately most of these characters are dead now, but they were considered geniuses for their time. Now of course we have geniuses in today's modern society but in reality they are only one person. One person can only do so much. However, just think if that person was cloned. Imagine where the world and society might be today. Another benefit would be just to clone the brain of a genius. One could figure out why and how this particular organ could have such an extraordinary knowledge of math or whatever field that he/she was genius in.(2) Cloning would help scientist discover different anatomies of all kinds of people. Basically cloning is another step in human evolution. Some examples would be through computers and Nano technology. Cloning is now going to become the next step for evolutionizing the human race. It will become another way for us to adapt to the future. Just as sharks did from pre-estoric times and certain animals have adapted to modern day, is the same we will adapt to the coming years, decades and centuries.
Many people oppose cloning for several different reasons. The main reason people in society are in such opposition is based upon unethical reasoning. Cloning is believed as being omnipotent. In a sense it is. It is unnatural to create life through scientific engineering. Life is supposed to be natural and when reproduction begins to be tampered with through science, morals begin to come into play.(1) Another opposing argument towards cloning would be when you create new life through a clone, what kind of impact could that have on the person being cloned and the actual clone itself.
