The various artifacts during the day include tables and chairs with a bar in the middle of the establishment. The entrance has ATM machines with a section containing casino machines. The employees of Piper's during the day are chefs, waitresses, and managers which all wear the same basic uniform. The average customers during the restaurant hours are older, with family or friends accompanying them. What the customer expects of the employees is a simple well cooked meal, to be served with courtesy and delivered promptly. However, it is evident that Piper's customers are not always pleased as seen in this recent review of the restaurant, "I've eaten there on two occasions in the last two years.
