The world 'university' comes from Latin word 'universitas' which means having independent personality and community of people who have same demands. Today, the university is the community of scientists and scholars in order to do research, develop science and be global. Today, there is a big race in different nations so science is needed for guiding them much more than past years. The future of the nation's depends on the power of science and technology they have. Technology is the result of scientific knowledge and sources. If there is no effort to boost the power of science, technology and its application fields would not progress and it would stabilize. Without doing science and expanding their data, only income of technology affects the race of nations in many areas such as economics, politics, social sciences and culture negatively.
